Lightburn Laser Software

Is available at a discounted rate for EEH Members. It is sometimes useful to prepare what you want to cut in your own copy of Lightburn before getting to the hackspace.

It's important to know that you can trial the software first for 30 days. After that you will need a licence.

Lightburn is available on the two computers attached to the laser cutters.

The code is available via !eeh lightburn in discord once you are paid up member.

How to use:

1. Download and install Lightburn for your computer.
2. Purchase: "LightBurn Software - Pro" from https://lightburnsoftware.com/products/lightburn-pro
3. Use the discount code that !eeh lightburn provides you at the checkout and the price will reduce to approximately £47 (it is 75% off)
4. After purchase is complete a licence code will be sent to you which you add to lightburn which will enable all the features

You MUST have an induction on the laser before using it.

The setup of lightburn for our laser is not straightforward, it is recommended you contact one of the trustees to get it setup for you.
